Need to sit back and turn tight? The Waterford mouthpiece is a good choice for a strong horse that fully understands the aids and is brilliant for horses that lean.
In conjunction with the NS Jumper cheek, the Waterford mouthpiece is excellent for directional control and helps set them up for arrowheads etc. Usually employed with one rein fixed on the centre or bottom ring but offers a variety of rein settings and is very popular across country and on the show jumping circuit.
Often used the the Neue Schule leather curb strap - (available in the New Bits & Accessories section). This helps with outline and also gives some curb action which often helps with control. Can also be used with pelham roundings as one of the rein options - also available from the New Bits & Accessories section.
